1 Install WinRar or 7zip.
3 Download your mod of choice.
4 Extract the files from the downloaded folder to your "Modules" directory.
5 If install was successful, you will find the mod in the pregame launcher menu.
6 If an error occurs, and you're on Steam, try running "Verify integrity of game cache" which can be found in the "Properties" menu after right clicking on M&B in your games library. If that fails to solve the issue, search in Google for other possible solutions.

Dear Reformist,
You are a very big inspiration to me. I have watched your videos for at least a year and every one of them I have enjoyed. You actually informed me about M&B. Hope you read this!

If it is a .rar file, then following this video should be fine. Otherwise, an .exe file will usually give you a few prompts, just make sure any mods you install go to the correct destination folder. As shown in the video, my folder is found through "Steamapps".

You do not need to pay money to create an account on the Mount & Blade Nexus website. Once you have clicked "Register", you will be taken to a page which states "You do not have to purchase a package to complete registration." By navigating to the bottom of the payment page, you can click "Create Account" and you will be taken to Step 2 of the process which requires you to select your username etc. Hopefully this clears up a few things.

Once the patch has been downloaded, navigate to your Perisno mod folder and extract the contents of the patch into that folder and you should be good to go.

I think you need to use one of the programs I suggested in the description to extract the files easily to your Modules folder. Either WinRar or 7zip are both good. However, as I haven't experienced the error you're currently having issues with, I can't help you more than that unfortunately.

I believe 7zip is also available for extraction purposes.
