Nice video. Do you find that cars kept and being sold indoors are generally in better overall condition than those which remain outside?

Okay now for more information about how they did this to
I took my vehicle to a different shop because obviously Audi Brampton is trying to take all my money and give me problems in return!

On 08/29/2019 I took my Vehicle to a trusted shop that works on German cars such as AUDI / BMW / Mercedes / VM
I simply asked for a full diagnostic test on whats happening with my vehicle. It took a while however they wrote, " Remove Intake manifold to inspect for carbon buildup. No carbon buildup present on the valves did find the intake manifold gaskets had silicone on them. It appeared as though someone had previously removed The intake manifold and did not replace the gaskets.

Removed Oil intake manifold gaskets. Cleaned gasket surfaces. Installed new intake manifold gaskets. Re installed intake manifold performed smoke test to check for any leaks. None Present.

During our initial ECU scan it was found that all of the cylinders on the passenger side of the engine were misfiring. The customer advised us to change all of the ignition coils which he provided us to see if that would correct the issues. We replaced all of the ignition coils and the misfires were still present on the same bank. We removed all of the spark plugs on the passenger side and inspected each cylinder with a bore scope camera. During the inspection we found that the exhaust valves on the passenger side of the engine had made contact with the pistons. It is unknown to how they would of made contact without further diagnosis. If someone had been working in the timing chain area and had it apart and did not re assemble it correctly initially their could be a possibility that the damage was caused that way. We also removed the spark plugs from the driver side cylinder head and inspected each cylinder and found no damage. We advised the customer of our findings and the vehicle was taken home after the diagnosis was complete.

Cheers,

what does above mean?
It means that on On 03/08/2019, after the dealership tried to fix my car and they said they gave me new gaskets, they actually did not, instead they put silicon on the gaskets. Why is this a problem: A vacuum leak caused by a bad intake manifold gasket, can throw off the engine's air-fuel ratio and cause engine performance issues such as misfires, a decrease in power and acceleration, a reduction in fuel efficiency, and even stalling. Which means that after the service on 03/08/2019 was done my car was misfiring the whole time. Also just like how the dealership reported " found misfire codes for cylinders 1, 2, 3, 4 Bank One. Several other codes also stored for secondary air flow too low both bank, mixture adaptations incorrect on both banks and left engine mount. Carried out Diagnoses for misfires on Bank one. used MVB to watch counter for misfires, Bank one cylinders all have continuous misfires/. removed the Cam covers and checked Cam timing, found Bank two ok, Bank one cam timing is out, unable to insert cam tool T40046 into camshaft slots indicating incorrect cam timing on bank one." was all due to their own negligence!

About my timing issue as well:
On 03/08/2019 towards 03/13/2019 when try took apart my vehicle to change Cam Seals, Timing Chain, intake manifold, etc, they did not put it back together correctly and without my permission! resulting in my timing chain jump and more issues such as "passenger side of the engine had made contact with the pistons"

In bad Faith – The service team and Peter Shiwram refused my oil change request

He said “My car has many issues, changing the oil will not fix that.

Audi Brampton team created the Air leak, by touching the intake manifold and not replacing the gasket but instead they put silicon on the old gasket.

Audi Brampton team lied about the Carbon Buildup, at every visit to their shop the Audi Brampton team kept saying there is a carbon buildup

Their team lied about the full hardware for brake squeaking

their team damaged my car sense 03/08/2019 when I first reported something was not correct about my vehicle after service

5: They refuse to take responsibly and lied about his team not touching my Cam seals, chain, etc.

6: Brad Johnson told me a story, he said “when my team makes mistakes, they are honest and they have come to me and said when they have.” yet He was lied to about the price to repair the brake hardware of $307 compared to what is recorded by his team of $800.00 + TAX which is $493.00 + tax difference...

My car was in great condition, yet his team talks about the year of the vehicle being 2006, when every other mechanic and even his team at the start when I took my vehicle in the first time said it was in fantastic condition!

The Audi Brampton did their diagnostic test while the car is off just to show more faults to lie as if there is 3 pages of faults!!!. (recording, to why more faults showed, when the parts were fine!)

no one in the Audi Brampton / Mississauga sees negligence or in bad faith....

Hello, this is my story...

On 03/08/2019, I took my Car "Audi A6 2006 4.2 Quattro Base Sedan 4 Door V8 S-line DOHC Naturally Aspirated" to Company Name Audi Brampton Dealership, Street Address 25 Coachworks Cres. To have a full diagnostic test done, it was determined that there was only 1 issue said Egor Bougaev, my car was leaking Oil.
I paid $2, 569.30 on 03/13/2019. However, my car was not the same, and it started to smell like fuel as if they forgot to plug in something in my car. I told the dealership " My Engine is vibrating and shaking when idling and accelerating, after oil leak repairs".

On 03/08/2019 towards 03/13/2019 while they were fixing the oil leak Audi Brampton went into my Cam Seals without my knowledge and I did not permit them to be that far in my engine, I was never shown any pictures or told anything and or seen their licensed mechanic.

After reviewing all my receipts it Audi Brampton wrote "Oil puddle at passenger front, found oil leaking and gaskets, Cam Covers leaking also Rear Timing Chain Cover leaking, Front Crank seal leaking also found drive belt Tensioner, Idler pulley, and belt due to oil leak." Their correction " Re a Re Cam covers and replaced gaskets. Put a front end in service mode to change Crank Shaft sea and Oil cooler. When in service mode I found that the oil cooler was not leaking the major leak was from under intake manifold. Removed Intake to find V pan leaking replace v pan gasket and oil filter housing gaskets and intake gaskets
.

On 03/21/2019 The dealership said " test drive to verify customer complaint and scan test for codes relating to compliant no faults found during scan test and none found during the road test. May have been caused b the fuel leak because the leak was at the fuel supply line" Egor Bougaev said " It is your S-line suspension. The leak was negligence on the dealership side!.

On 05/22/2019 I went back to the dealership again because I the oil leak was not fixed after the repairs. The dealership said "Customer is experiencing an oil leak, this seems to be a reoccurring problem for the customer- with a very distinct smell leaking into the vehicle. Brought vehicle in bay and removed splash shield and saw oil leak from rear of engine on drivers side. With further inspection from top of engine saw oil on top of transmission and noticed the oil pressure switch was wet with oil. washed switch with brake clean qand started engine and oil is leaking from oil pressure switch and the nut that the switch threads in to. Will require oil pressure switch and crushed washer to fix that problem and wash engine." I paid $336.83 to fix

On 06/12/2019 I was to go back to the dealership after driving 1, 000KM I said: "There is a squeaking sound coming from the brake pedal when being depressed". The dealership said "Verified customer complain and found that when applying brake there is a very loud squeak from front brakes. Brought the vehicle in the bay to inspect brakes and found that the calipers, pads and all hardware has been painted. All 4 brakes will need to be serviced to clean and replace all hardware to fix the issue." I declined because I knew before I told them about the issue that my brake pad on the drivers' side was placed slightly incorrectly and I wanted to verify if they were going to up-sell and take advantage of me in bad faith which they did. Many times I tried to tell them 3 different times they diagnosed my car incorrectly. The Audi Brampton service team priced me and said Audi Mississauga would price me the same. Which was $800.00 plus tax to fix a simple issue?
The fix?
remove the brake pad and place it flat on caliper which stopped the squeaking.
After 06/12/2019 I knew the dealership was creating issues to up-sell and charge me for work I did not need and they noticed I was onto them.

On 06/17/2019 after getting my car back after their up-selling attempts after 06/12/2019 on my way work in the morning my check engine light came on and my vehicle started to seriously vibrate. June was a very critical time for me because my first newborn was to be at the hospital on 06/18/2019 which required me to drive my partner to the hospital. Audi Brampton got my car and said: " Check engine light has come on- with serious vibrations from the vehicle- Mostly Felt at idle / see Prev RO's". The said " Performed scan test to find P1573 left engine mount solenoid valve open circuit no signal and P1411 bank 2 secondary airflow too low. As per the last ROS, these codes do not relate to them. Performed the GFF test for SAI pump motor and motor is working and has flow. It will require more Diag time to find an issue with the SAI system.

On 08/21/2019 I said, " Check engine light is flashing, vehicle shaking on idle". Audi Brampton said "investigated the customers' concern of the mil light flashing and vehicle running rough, found misfire codes for cylinders 1, 2, 3, 4 Bank One. Several other codes also stored for secondary air flow too low both bank, mixture adaptations incorrect on both banks and left engine mount. Carried out Diagnoses for misfires on Bank one. used MVB to watch counter for misfires, Bank one cylinders all have continuous misfires/. removed the Cam covers and checked Cam timing, found Bank two ok, Bank one cam timing is out, unable to insert cam tool T40046 into camshaft slots indicating incorrect cam timing on bank one. Reinstalled all removed parts. The vehicle has not been started to verify oil, coolant levels or leaking including fuel due to possible further engine damage if the vehicle is started.

During the times above Egor kept telling me my car has a Carbon Buildup, and I have to do it because its giving my car problems.
