Galsterberg is a lovely little ski area just to the east of the Four Mountain Ski Area in Schladming and is part of the Ski Amade region. We like the area because it is generally quieter than the main ski areas with some good skiing and stunning scenery. Unfortunately the current pandemic restrictions have impacted severely on visitors forcing Galsterberg to end its season prematurely today.
Also unfortunately I forgot to delete several days worth of videos from my camera and by the time I got to the top of the chair lift the memory card was full and went unnoticed by me. Still, a brief feel for the conditions and experience can be gleaned from what I had managed to squeeze on the card.
