I rented this car in japan.
Solid 10/10 value
Has a gigantic inner space, 3 cup holders, extra storage on the top of the glove box, just a perfect economic well thought out designed car.

I drive a 2nd generation and I did a test on this car, the 3rd row footspace is greatly reduced to allow more bootspace. Try to compare against the 2nd generation and you will notice the difference. The 3rd row is no longer for adults in this model.

Best presenter on the channel. Talks, does not shout. Clear delivery, neutral accent. More of him please.

Still rocking the first sienta. 70, 000 miles on it and the consumption is really still so good.

The 2nd gen Sienta has much more things, it had rear Aircon vents and entertainment and more 3rd row legroom than this gen

150k is just too expensive. Having said that, it is a well-thought out car. Perfect for the family man.

Only 1 problem. I hope that they will put the rear air blower available in the JDM version

I had the 2nd generation Sienta for less than a year and decided I have enough of it and changed to an Outlander and have stick to it for the last 5 yrs. Why did I say enough is enough even though I lost almost $20k for the change.
1. The car looks very sulky from the front.
2. The 1.5L engine was just way too under powered a family of 5 pax. It has got this draggy and sluggish under power noise when you accelerate
3. The seat belt design for the second row passenger just doesn’t make much sense.

But I do agree there are some good benefits with this car. Fuel economy was very good but maybe this also explained for the under power performance. I am a tall person and the car gave a very good head room and leg room comfort to all except of course the last row passengers.
And now at a price $150k, I don’t see any motivation to even reconsider. Till now I still don’t quite understand why I bought it at first but I have to say that the guy who sold me the car was a very good sales professional. My two cents. Cheers. 😊

The price will further increase due to the number of potential grab drivers getting these cars.

Although, I don't like this car 3rd row leg length and boot space. But give a thumb up for the review. Thanks.
Too bad, if sienta there is a bigger version would be great.

In my opinion...i like sienta(cuzz 7 seater mpv with sliding door)...but ya in my country (Malaysia) sienta sales are bad...now Veloz is a affordable choice

I would not pay anything more than $70K for this version. And if you really know car prices around the world, 70K is already ridiculous.

IN MY COUNTRY MALAYSIA DON'T HAVE ANYMORE THIS SIENTA NEW GENERATION. JUST ONLY HAVE A PREVIOUS 2ND GENERATION. BUT I REALLY LIKE THIS NEW 3RD GENERATION

At 150K COE, sienta automatically becomes Sianliao.
