I doubt this awesome woman herself would ever see this comment, but I have to say that she is one of the most naturally positive/upbeat individuals I've seen on television/video. The thing I get from her is that she really does love what she does; genuinely enjoys helping people through exercise/fitness, etc. If I weren't so old, I would ask her to adopt me (kidding :-)

Actually very important to do a pushup is breathing. Surprised you didnt bring that. Good video anyway. BTW breath in when going down and exhale when going up. :D

I always do the modified pushups but I want to do regular push ups because everyone else in my gym class/ volleyball practice do regular push ups and I’m the only one who can’t do them. I feel insecure about that. I try doing a regular push up but always fail.

Wtf she's able to talk while doing one and it didn't affect her form or breathing. I do one down and back up, and when I come back up suddenly I'm surrounded by flamingos and the cheetah from the Cheetos adverts smoking a joint, then I realise Ive passed out, I wake up eventually and start googling it all over again.
