Thanks to this video and the printable pattern, I've made six of my own five panels.

The brim is very difficult. You just have to work the fabric in a position you like but the biggest tip is to use thin flexible fabric for the brim casing.

That's a sick cap!!!! Love the machines you have!I just bought an industrial coverstitch and have an industrial straight stitch but what is the brim made out of and do you need a walking foot machine to get through it?

Hi I bought your pattern last week or so, but I have a question...the fabric I want to use is VERY lightweight. With that being said do you think I should double up on all pieces, add interfacing, or like use a denim fabric underneath ? I really want to stick with the fabric I have but I don't want to do it then it comes out right but its all flimsy. Plz respond.

There are other techniques you can use to replace the Serger stitch. A straight sttitch followed by a zig zag stitch will hold together well but wont look as professional!

What tool did you use to fasten fastener?

do you stitch directly on the seam to top-stitch?
Author — @tampabay07
what did you use to make the eyelets? if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated!
Author — @kennybadami8101
The best way is to salvage them from old hats. Unless you have a wholesale license, then you can go through any clothing supply company.

Where can I find the tools you used to put in the eyelets and whatnot? Thanks for the video!

Excuse me, Sir, would you mind telling to me what size of paper I need to print this sheet? maybe it's an A4 format or a simply letter size. Thank you so much for your help! Regards

do you need a special sewing machine or needle to sew through the leather strap and the brim?? I'm going to buy a machine want to make sure i get the right one, appreciate any info!
Author — @woodsy5936
what are the names of the metal clip used to hold the leather strap? Also any place to get them? thanks

You have to make a long bill nylon hat. I would buy one immediately

you sewed right through the brim! wow, I would think it would break or get stuck.
