Police from the Federal Drug Control Service of the Russian Federation seized over 105 kilogrammes (231 pounds) of marijuana in Moscow Oblast Tuesday, detaining three individuals in the process. The individuals apprehended were from an ethnic Azeri group who were allegedly trafficking drugs from Ukraine to Russia.

The smuggling group first became known to police in May 2014. Specialising in trafficking of large shipments, group members set up a scheme to transport the drugs from Ukraine to private homes in Moscow Oblast, then spread the marijuana in one-kilogramme (2.2-pound) batches throughout the area.

The 105 kilogramme stash was found in the back of a truck carrying apples.

well the one thing I see is that it is such a normal intelligent bust. no people thrown onto the floor and yelled at in a terrorizing manner, and no dogs got killed. it looked like a police operation not a terrorist attack like the police do to its citizen in the U.S. of A.
