He needs to flex power he doesn't possess just to make his fragile ego feel better. Probably why he's sexually assaulted women in the past.

OBAMA in 2015:

"My understanding is, is you've got some of the same organizers, now, going back into these communities to try to clean up in the aftermath of a handful of protesters, uh uh, a handful of uh CRIMINALS and THUGS, who uh, tore up the place. That is not a protest. That is not, a statement. It’s people...a handful of people, taking advantage of a situation for their own purposes... and uh they need to be treated as criminals. They’re not protesting. They’re not making a statement. They’re stealing, "— “When they burn down a building, they’re committing arson. And they’re destroying and undermining uh, businesses and opportunities in their own communities, ” Obama said from the White House.

As the first black U.S. president, Obama dealt with civil unrest in cities such as Ferguson, Missouri, and Baltimore, where there were widespread, sometimes violent, protests over the deaths of young black men at the hands of the police.

In 2015, during the Baltimore protests, Obama blasted "the CRIMINALS and THUGS who tore up the place."

President Obama doesn't regret using the term "THUG" in describing the violent rioters in Baltimore this week, spokesman Josh Earnest said in April 2015.

"Whether it's arson or, you know, the looting of a liquor store ... those were THUGGISH acts, " Obama spokesman Josh Earnest said.

He added: "And when you're looting up a convenience store or you're throwing a cinder block at a police officer, you're engaging in THUGGISH behavior and that's why President Obama used that word."

Some critics ascribe racial connotations to the word "THUG" -- Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake walked back the term -- but Obama doesn't agree, officials said.
