I LOVE that this is a thing again! Back in the 80's, we had color-shifting shirts in all different colors, but it was a short-lived trend. I had three of the shirts for many years and finally got rid of them. They were a HUGE trend in beach gift-shops, too. All three of my shirts were from Galveston and Padre Island here in Texas. Thanks for bringing back some really great memories for me!

I would love to see this with different colors in a tye dye.

This is so cool! When you poured the bottle of magenta liquid into the warm water and it instantly turned yellow but with some magenta bubbles popping up, it looked like the coolest witch’s cauldron scene Ever!

Your excitement is infectious! ❤ I think it would be fun to use this like traditional tye dye, but this is the only color changing one.

Those shirts are an amazing idea for just keeping everyone busy making patterns. Great trip and thanks for taking us along with you.💜💛❤💛❤💛❤💜💜💜💜

Try refraining from putting them in the dryer when you wash them. The intensity of the heat from the dryer will make the effect lessen over time.

There was a brand called hypercolor I think in the 80’s. They changed with temperature, my older sis said they were awkward to wear because it would change color in weird places, like armpits. There’s a lot of brands now that have color changing shirts in the sun like Del Sol! Love you saved some money and just made them yourselves!!!

I'm so gonna tie dye with this stuff!! I'm surprised they didn't recommend soaking the fiber in soda ash first.

When I was in FL a few years ago there was a shop with tons of things that color changed in the sun. Anything from hair clips, keychains to shirts. I love this!
