If the queen can take one hit. You should let her get hit then freeze (and maybe freeze again) to heal up then repeat a few times rather than back to back freezes the whole fight. should give her more time to attack

If you want to kill that dragon efficiently, bring many poison and archers. that should do the trick, just drop the poison spell when the previous one is about to wear off.
(might want to kill the artillery first using giant wiz or miner wiz) That dragon has the highest dps in the game, perhaps exceeds the fully maxed inferno tower at single target.
