Do you have a link to the low flow sensor? I'm having issues with a new unit (different brand) and it is definitely that my flow is too low to sustain operation and cuts off after a minute or less as my flow dips just under the initial pressure.

My Excel looks like yours and has two D-cell igniter batteries but yours has “two double A batteries, interesting. I’m trouble shooting for a no go situation. Guess I’ll refill fresh and run some more water and check for a flame. Thanks about the gap.

im concerned about the ventless part. it isnt ventless it just vents into the room. am i right?
