This level of perfection in household chores is deeply depressing to normal people.

What’s terrific is that it’s not EXCESSIVELY healthy or unhealthy; a good amount of fat and flavor, a little starch here and there - just balanced all around.

First video I’ve seen of yours and instantly a new subscriber. The way you showed the kitchen time management and spoke clearly and directly without a lot of fluff or fuss - winner.

You can tell a LOT about how organized someone's life is by observing the state of their kitchen. ;)

My 5 year old loves this video and your other seasonal one. She was hilarious listening to her commentary. She was so excited to eat carrots and hummus after this even though I have offered that snack before so thanks for helping a mom!

Tip for Brussel Sprouts - cut bottom end off and remove a layer of the outer leaves as they have lots of bugs within them. They are notorious for harbouring a little caterpillar or two!

I learned from a chef to place the cookie sheet in thre oven while it's preheating to 500 F° (or 475 F° convection), than add the oil to the pan, than place the veggies unto the hot pan, and into the oven and cook them for about 10 to 15 minutes.

Since than I've been preheating thre pan for everything; bacon, chicken, fish, etc. 😊 Thanks for the great tips!
