I believe we will definitely find even older civilizations than what has been found now. Maybe even from the Artic and Northern most Canada

Imagine if we go to the deepest part of the ocean, only to find a huge sunken city that closely resembles modern day New York.

The best thing about Hancock is that he, at the very least, has people -- lots of people -- talking about an advanced civilization that was almost entirely wiped out. There have been others who have tried to get the conversation going, but he just won't let it stop. Mainstream archaeology and other embedded institutions are fighting a losing battle. We have the web and we have a lot of independent journalists available to keep the discussions going. Hiding info under a rock is no longer an option. The curiosity and the technology and people with open minds are growing exponentially.

Graham Hancock is extremely clever, extremely well spoken and extremely persistent. Furthermore, Hancock makes a lot of sense. I'm certain there is a huge amount of truth in what he says.

The best time capsule of modern civilisation would be in an orbit around earth. Could stay there quite some time.

So if it happened in the past without human intervention, then it's obvious that the earth goes through cycles.

The answer is Space. How long will our devices in geosynchronous orbit last?

Is a pity there are no true Dinosaurs around anymore though. They were unique creatures, neither warm or cold blooded, but something inbetween. Probably had downy multi coloured feathers to in some species. They were not so slow and dumb either and had advanced censors far beyond what we have. Some dinosaurs were as fast as Cheetahs, others armored like a tank, or killing machines with claws and teeth.

Perhaps we haven't looked deep enough yet...!
What about the theory of the two poles having a direct connection?

Of course, if there were reptiles before humans for millions of years. It's only plausible to say reptiles evolved into an intelligent species, just as humans evolved.

Well, as they say, the world is a good book...

To find really old remains they should look under the sea. or, at least the areas where the seas swallowed the 'then' land areas... Oh, and good luck with that!!!

Let us not forget to consider continental drift. We don't live n a solid body rock, we live on a large ball of liquid material that is dynamic and always changing.

There's one thing I just caught myself doing that would making discovery of an ancient civilization even more unlikely. It appears that the vast majority of idea's are set on Land Based Civilizations. What if there was a water-based civilization? Just saying...
