CP 421's issues and RTC headaches:

421 had trouble setting off 3 cars in Utopia to the BCRY yard as all 3 cars weren't marshalled properly in Toronto Yard, and were scattered throughout the train. This caused their 30 mins worth of work to end up being 1 hour and 10 mins worth of work. This error caused 4 trains, including hotshot train CP 100, to be delayed extensively.

This crew had difficulty in Leaside too, with marshalling errors in Toronto Yard. This trippled the time needed to do the work.

They also had to lift CP 247's power at Spence yard. 247 went up earlier in the day with only autos for Honda in Alliston, and the crew took a taxi down to Lambton where they hopped on a 246 back home. So 421 lifted 247's power to bring it to Sudbury yard so that 246 would have power to take their train down.

421 would go on to tie down their train in Craighurst (where the crew would run out of hours) causing more headaches for a 3-420 who had to sit in Bala and wait for CP 101 who wasnt even at Baxter yet. (Medonte was out of service according to RTC).

From about 6pm-11pm, RTC had major decision making to do, and no doubtedly caused himself major headaches.
Just as the first rush passed, a second rush of trains would come to him (CP 246, 100, 119, 302, and a 609)..... LOL
