Living about an hour away, I understand Lumberton, NC was flooded about 2 years ago during Hurricane Matthew I believe where they got a lot of rain, and were still recovering from that. Is a lot of flat land around there from what it looks like to me. It appears some of this video is flooding along I-95 in Lumberton which is a major North-South interstate on the east coast. I remember a couple years ago driving south along I-95 a few months after the flood, and all of the furniture piled up along the interstate. So is very sad to see them going through this again.

It's heartbreaking seeing my city like this. We were still struggling to recover from Hurricane Matthew and now we must start back at square one but I have no doubt we will make it through. #CAROLINASTRONG 💙💙💙

So sad to see the destruction. Unfortunately, as the oceans heat up due to Climate Change we will experience more of this. Hopefully, your government will pay attention.
