Vaush "the labor theory of value is actually a moral and philosophical position and has nothing to do with economics" "the peasant are the proletariat"

As someone who has watched Vaush fairly regularly for a bit over a year and has been binge-watching you for the last 3 months I gotta say you've pushed me further left than he ever did. I still watch his stuff occasionally and don't have the hate for him a lot of others seem to have. All that said... This was hilarious :D

This is genuinely a better and more coherent stance than anything vaush has actually said.

Turning the members of the vanguard party into machinery is a stance that requires you to have convictions about how a revolution should unfold, I'm pretty sure that's more than vaush has.

Vaush would mispronounce "humanistically" while meaning to say "humanely"

Lol.. I though this was somehow going to be a mashup of Vaush and “The Vanguard” as in the channel, not the concept of the vanguard party (and, no, I’m not especially fans of them either.. but, as with Vaush, I have no particular ill will or anything towards them)... maybe I should have noticed the one minute length, and realized this was going to be pure jest.

I very rarely check into what Vaush is saying these days, so while I am curious of the context of this, and wtf he was actually trying to say... eh, it just sounds so nonsensical on its face, it’s hard to imagine this makes any sense in context. I still reserve some skeptical hope that channels like his could be used in a beneficial way for the left, broadly speaking, but idk how one could even study that question. Maybe it’s just a foolish desperation... I just want to believe that some of this stuff is doing more than just filling up democratic coffers. Anyway, I’m taking this too seriously.. 😅🔫

What Vaush suggests when he says that the proletariat should be integrated into the means of production seems to be that the proletariat as human beings should be merged with the machines, i.e. the means of production they operate, thereby making them one posthuman whole - the ultimate synthesis between revolutionary social class and means of production.

And I mean that semi-ironically. Is Vaush actually transhumanist?

Does Vaush look like Proudhon in the thumbnail?

Sounds like he was proposing syndicalism in the most roundabout, obtuse way.
