HR is all about ppl however with everything now being computerized we have lost the ability to connect with ppl where it matters most and that is during the initial hiring process. We let a broken system do it for us because it is easier. We let competent and qualified individuals slip through our fingers because we rely on too much technology. I have a Masters in HRM and am overlooked for every HR role I apply too.

Personally, I believe the whole recruitment process is a scam and a total waste of time.
Not to mention obsolete.

The payroll, human resources, and recruitment crews are all obsolete and Should have been replaced by machines long ago.

Nobody needs payroll workers, your pay can be calculated by your registered working hours, and attendance based on the salary details in the system.

Nobody needs human/monkey resources, they are only their for office sex, nothing else, if a team leader or project manager has a vacancy, he'd simply enters the job requirements and description in an internal or external portal, and machines would do the rest making the application process possible online, why do you need 20+ useles HR workers for this simple and easily fully automated task.

Nobody needs recruiters, or interviewers or time wasting middle man, your skills are registered in various portals and online job centers, machines would match your skills and experience with available vacancies, and machines can even complete the hiring process, you may get an automated message "You have been hired for the position of...please be present at the specified time and location, if you're available to start"

No monkey business, no bias, no racism, no favoritism, no ageism, no corruption, no time wasters, totally hassle free, and fair to all, your skills and experience decide whether you get the job or not.

Time to really move on to the next phase and realize the future...the current hiring system is crippled and counter productive, and simply dumb, interviews, and internships, and probations...all are things of the past...

I know they'll kill this idea or the natural evolution of the workplace, cuz they all benefit from having useless HR, payroll, recruiters around....but the truth has to be told one way or the other....and hope this comment is machine readable..and machines themselves will start the process...cuz Monkeys hate to be losers... Especially to machines..

N.B. machines don't lie, and can verify whether you actually worked in your previous jobs or not, and know what you're good at and your weak points, even measure your performance, not to mention do background check on you too... I hope one day I get hired by a robot instead of Monkeys or zombies...
Both Monkeys and zombies have exceeded their expiration dates....we need to move on to the next level....
