okay, so I have a theory on what this video means and what the devs working on Project Diva did to symbolize what this song is supposedly about, which is a lesbian couple committing suicide due to harassment and bullying:

So basically, it starts with Miku and Luka with masks on. I suspect this is supposed to reference how they were hiding who they were to the world. They then take off their masks after meeting each other, meaning that they expose their homosexual feelings towards one another and opening up about it. But things were not perfect, and after people suspected that they were dating, people started bullying them and calling them names. This is where the dancing in the beginning and also the dances in top of the buses comes from. They dance seprately from one another, as to make other people think they were no longer talking. They try battling their feelings towards the other, competing with what they truly know, which is that they love each other. This is why they dance on seperate buses and still dance seperate, but next to each other, hinting that they break apart in hopes to get the harassment and mean remarks to stop, but they still care about each other deeply. After this scene in the video, they see this huge palace up ahead (which, for some people, they believe this can be the part where they pass on into heaven, since they crash into it) and the crashing, in my opinion, symbolizes their plan to double suicide. After crashing into it, they're finally next to each other, no boundaries (ex. The buses) and they're finally dancing in sync, symbolizing they finally decide to be together and (in my headcanon, share a kiss) In their last moments. They share warmth and love together, which is symbolized as the big party and the confetti at the end. After the dancing, two dragons come and take Miku and Luka away, possibly to heaven (or the dragons can symbolize their souls going to heaven together.) Hopefully this makes sense and helps a bit with the symbolics of the video ^^
