Oh no...a socialist takeover of healthcare...just like every other developed nation in the world where sick people get taken care of for free.

Listen to the way the literal PRESIDENT talks about HALF of the population of the country that HE'S SUPPOSED TO BE REPRESENTING. And the way that he's encouraging it in his followers?! I've never heard of a president who talks the way he does about his opposing party. It's like he wants the country to tear itself apart wtf!! Does he not realize how much power his words have? Does he think this is a big game? I'm honestly so sick of it!

If the Republicans hadn't indulged in gerrymandering and voter suppression, the blue wave would have been a tsunami. Conservatives cannot win unless they cheat, and several have been caught on tape bragging about it.

I remember when Obama lost the house, and the Republican speaker at the time said that the primary goal of Congress was to obstruct anything proposed by the sitting President. It was disgusting to see the focus of Congress was to force gridlock, to dismiss all ideas that came from the executive, and to refuse to work together to find common ground and solutions. One only needs to examine what years of work by the Republican congress achieved when they finally had the opportunity to propose a health care plan that was better. They looked around as if to say, 'nobody said that was going to be on the test!'. Now fast forward to the Trump situation, and the shoe is on the other foot. As much as it is tempting to do the same thing to Trump, bigger minds need to rise to the occasion. Politicians come and go, but the great ones are those who prove themselves capable of making lasting change even in the face of adversity.

Trump is a sore loser... and is obviously very very frustrated on the big loss of the House control to the Democrats… hahaha. Watching him melt-down is priceless...

I wonder how many of those Trump supporters standing behind him can actually afford their own health care without government subsidies 🤔🤔🤔

I used to be a registered republican. I never voted for Bush 2, but after that NEVER AGAIN. I switched parties to vote for Gore. I will NEVER EVER vote republican again.

This is what a wave looks like once it has made it’s way past years of gerrymandering and rampant, shameless voter suppression.

Greetings from London where everyone I know is ecstatic that Democrats took back the House. We weren't expecting anything good to happen - don't forget we've had Brexit over our heads since 2016. Today has been the first day of the end of Trump. Couldn't happen to a more deserving candidate. Sleep happy tonight, Democrats!

Now that the Dems can put the breaks on him, I wonder how Donnie will react?

With measured, intelligent, and humble caution, I'm sure.

It was a wave but the gerrymandering has stacked all odds in favor of republicans in order to defeat them democrats had to win by +7 and even +12 in some cases, the way democrats won the house show that it was a big change it is just that the odds are against them, this is a good result regardless.

Considering all the pro-Republican gerrymandering, voter suppression and hacking vulnerable "malfunctioning" (read: rigged) voting machines, I think it's safe to say that this was _indeed_ a blue wave... it's just that the GOP have rigged the system so heavily that it cannot even be called "democratic" any longer, and so the democrats cannot win even when they actually _do_ win... and, for some reason, the democrats just bend over and let the republicans screw them over like that... Seriously, people, are you that oppressed?

6:11 There it is again! That term "fake news". How I'm looking forward to the day when I hear it as often as I did back in the '80's, which was NONE!

It was surprising how Hannity had to walk on stage instead of coming up from under Trump's podium.
