Hey DTEA I've watched a lot of your videos and i was wanting to see if you could do a video on pirate lord assassination missions, such as good builds and loadouts etc.. Me and my friend attempted one in a corvette and type 10 and my type 10 melted like butter. Me and my friend like bounty hunting and PVE the most in the game and would love some advice or some great builds to destroy the pirates in PVE combat.

The 5% figure mentioned multiple times is incorrect - in order to start a conflict/election, you need the influence levels of the two factions to cross (it's not a controversial point - it's well understood and has been observed thousands of times now). In other words, if faction A is at 30% and faction B is at 27%, it's necessary to push faction B with enough missions (actually enough transactions) to completely gain the 3% on faction A.

You can hover your faction all you like within 5% of your target faction and nothing will happen unless the influence values meet.

With that said, the rest of the video is as accurate as its stated goal needs it to be, and does a good job of boiling down the contingencies into something readily understandable.
