Good work. I put painters tape on the whole board first, then use spray adhesive on paper template. When done just pull tape off. It makes clean up easier.

Here is a tip for you, instead of scraping the stencil off with the hand plane, lightly spray mineral spirits on it, wait 10 minutes, and it will peel right off with ease. I use it all the time when working on the scroll saw! Nice video!

Awesome job! I love your work, but one quick suggestion, if you spray paint the letters with the paper still glued on then you'll only have to sand it once...thanks for the video!

quick tip. use masking tape and glue the paper straight to the tape so you can peel it off way easier

Very nice video and I loved the music. I was a professional wood worker, ie Master Carpenter, Cabinet Maker for 47 years. You do impress me. Thank you for using the old time skills. Keep it up.

Nice sign. I have made several of these. For me, the font Comic Sans MS works the best for router movement. You will need to play with the font sizing increasing it from pts to inches or mm.

Nicely done, Sir! I have been carving for a while, but I just put up my first video last week, filming and carving sure is a different process. Keep up the good work.

I can remember in High School shop class making signs. and instead of using paint to paint the inside of the letters we used touch to burn the inside of the letters then sanded off the burnt part on the surface of the sign.
