This Brightline Construction update looks at the first rail train that has been delivered to the east end of the Orlando Line through the Cocoa Tunnel. This includes the Brightline work train preparing the site for the arrival, Florida East Coast Railway work train AFW2 delivering it, it being pushed through the tunnel, and a brief look at how it is being unloaded. This also provides an update on the overall progress on Orlando Line east of Interstate 95.

Always a thrill to see this new railroad going in! I hope you'll be doing similar coverage for the Las Vegas Brightline!

I had a feeling you would cover this since I heard about it, so exciting to finally see a train going through the Cocoa Tunnel on camera, I thought the GP48s would not fit. About the Cocoa Junction too, isn't it designed not to allow any traffic besides passenger trains? I know these are work trains, but knowing that makes it look so surreal.

I can't believe I missed this train by one day too, since I passed through 528 on the weekend. So glad to see that the tracks on both sides are inching closer and closer together, especially that I saw that the corridor is essentially fully complete for track.

For those of you still wondering the real magnitude of this pieces of rail, 1600 ft is the total length of the Frenso River Viaduct, one of the structures in Construction Package 1 (CP1) planned to carry California High-Speed Rail

Another absolutely awesome video showing 7 1/2 miles of track !!! I would hope you can catch it when they off load from the rail cars ?? Another question, do you know any details as to when the tracks will start being laid down for maybe Lakeland and then Tampa ? As always your drone video is top notch as is your narration and wealth of knowledge of all the details ! Thank you for all your hard work.

Great Job as always! The neighbors were complaining about the ungodly noise coming from that way and I just knew what it was.

This is incredible to see!!!. 7.5 miles of new track rail being delivered just after the international load of ballast rock from Canada and massive amounts of concrete ties. This is incredible amount of work being accomplished to get the train track out of Brevard County out to Orange County.

I took the Brightline from Fort Lauderdale to Miami and it was nothing short of amazing. I did the premium fare, Tesla picked me up at home, the stations are bright and clean, complimentary drinks and snacks (at the station and again on the train!) and another Tesla picked me up in Miami (for free). It was on time and smiles everywhere. I really think this is the best rail service in America.

The scope of the work, is shown, when detailed by your spectacular Drone work. These big dollar operations are fantastically documented by your work, not only in your Cinematic offerings, but in all the knowledge you impart, with each video. Provided by hours of research.which is what a great documentary must have. Well done my friend.very well done!

Is this section (from the mainline junction through the two tunnels) only going to be single track initially? Because while the tunnels look like they were built wide enough for two tracks, the loaders were only laying out a single pair of rails.

I saw the rail train out there yesterday. Looked like it was unloaded, or pretty close to it.

As the line will be single tracked, does this mean only one train at a time will be operating on that segment? Or is there a passing lane?

Good evening, I saw on Virtual Railfan daily video more Brightline trainsets coming from the west, are they heading to Florida? I thought they had the fleet they needed to get started.

With the 7.5 miles done, what does that leave to connect it to the Orlando end of track?
