This movie impressed me so much that I immedesimate with the actors and all that cold wind, ice, snow that I saw on the screen, so much so that at the end i was feeling cold myself, even though I was comfortably at home. A strange feeling that I have never experienced before or since. Such is the power of great cinema.

So I had to watch this film with my German class in high school, I think it was 2013.
A classmate of mine who was there to see the film died climbing the Alps a few years ago. I can only imagine the sheer terror in his last moments.

Ich schaue nicht so gerne deutsche Filme, weil pseudointellektuell und öde, siehe französische Filme, beides auf Arte.
Aber dieser Film ist mal richtig gut 👍
Nicht so gezwungen, den muss man einfach anschauen.
Es gibt Dinge, die muss man nicht machen. Dazu zählt für mich durch Pyramiden zu kriechen, auf dem Mars zu spazieren oder eben solch einen Berg zu besteigen.
