1 cake (5-inch in diameter)


4 eggs
3 tablespoons sugar (40g)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil (30ml)
1/2 stick unsalted butter melted (55g)
2 cups milk (adjust the amount according to the thickness of the batter) (500ml)
2 cups all-purpose flour (250g)

Whipped cream filling:
2 cups whipping cream (500ml)
¼ cup sugar (50g)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5ml)

Chocolate whipped cream:
1/2 cup whipping cream (120ml)
2 tablespoons sugar (25g)
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (40g)

Mushroom meringue:
3 eggs
2/3 cup sugar (130g)

식물성 기름 30ml
녹인 무염버터 50g,
우유 500ml
밀가루 500g

생크림 필링:
휘핑크림 500ml
설탕 50g
바닐라 엑스트렉 5ml

초콜렛 생크림:
휘핑크림 120ml
설탕 25g
다크 초코칩 40g

머랭 버섯:
설탕 130g
녹인 초콜릿

1 gâteau (13 cm de diamètre)


4 œufs
40g de sucre en poudre
30ml d'huile végétale
55g du beurre non salé fondu
500ml de lait (ajuster la quantité en fonction de l'épaisseur de la pâte)
250g de farine

Fouettée garniture à la crème:
500ml de crème fraiche
50g de sucre en poudre
5ml extrait de vanille

Chocolat crème fouettée:
120ml de crème fraiche
25g de sucre en poudre
40g de chocolat noir

Champignons en meringue:
3 oeufs
130g de sucre en poudre
Colorant alimentaire
Chocolate fondu
