I have been doing it almost 3 months now. I get up at 5.00 am everyday because I have to leave for work at 7.00. I don't mind getting up that early because I know the benefits of the Kriya are great. I find I have more energy and focus during the day at work. I used to drink tea and coffee every 2-3 hours, now I don't crave it anymore. I think I will keep it up in future too. I have been doing Sudarshan kriya for 6 years now.. and am under antidepressants alongside..I used to have panic attacks..so I took medicine.. but the thing is despite of both practices hand in hand..I am not in rid of my over thinking problem.. hence it's gotten better today...but I am not 💯 percent satisfied..can anyone please help..
