I'm pissed at how easy you made this look

I don't normally do this, but thank you SO much Nick! I used your link, and followed your instructions. Huge relief it didn't cost an arm and a leg, like when I had to re buy the head phones cord! Cheers mate :)

My headphones looked exactly the same as yours before the replacement, kinda makes me think it's more a design flaw. Anyway, thanks for showing that you just can pull them off, that made me decide sewing it and that worked great.

Did not know this. Thanks so much. Is the top padding replaceable as well?

My pads lasted about 3 years before they needed replacing. I just ordered some new cushions from Bose. If I can get another 3 years out of them, then I'd say it's worth spending the $25.

Thanks Nick. That was straight-forward. Replacement after a year?!! I’ve had my headphones for years, I think they may be QC25s, they’re corded with the volume control 3 inches down from the left-hand ear-piece. I suppose I’ve been very careful with mine. Awaiting replacements. Cheers from Northern Ireland. 😎👍☘️

Although I have previously disconnected a pd in the previous pair of Bose QC35II that I had and then popped it back in, I was still a bit apprehensive about disassembling the old pads reading removal and putting them back in. Your video was so helpful clear and to the point, thank you!

Thanks for this. After watching your video I ordered what look to be exactly the same generic replacements - all fixed now. :)

I have the old AE2 headset, which is awesome, but the pads started to rip and shed and are no longer comfortable. Thanks to your video, i found this replacement on Ebay and will update here when I get them.

Thank you . Husband and I have them and they both have fallen apart pretty quick. For the money we paid for them I can't believe how fast they fell apart. My husband blamed me because I was falling asleep with them and he thinks that how they got worn out.

THANKS! Very helpfull. Especially b/c they don't seem to be replaced on the first sight. I tried - I guess I have the QC25. Thanks to your help I could order the replacement cushions and a new cable :)) very handy!

Good video tutorial. Had my Bose QC35 II for two years, stitching was horrible. Stitching was gone, which left the memory foam to expand more and more until it was deformed from the ear cushion itself. With this video I installed my ear cushions and pads with ease. Thank you for the video.

Brilliant Nick. Thank you. Like most commenters here...I was a bit afraid of pulling at the pads, not knowing how they were attached.👍
