.... Retool and retrain I think this guy didn't study peter principle theory lol... I am amazed how these people think that you can train anyone anything its extremely dumb/immature to think that... Automation will take jobs but it will also effect quality control as there is holes in every technology. So the people need to understand that quality control area will be the area to be inn.
