I remember when these episodes were new.
Sadly I'm pushing 40 now and have tons of joint pains from growing up skateboarding/BMX.

God I forgot how gigantic our boards were back then.

Interesting that Lance's "opposite footed" didn't catch as the standard name for switch
If it did, this clip would've been history

Was that a Jager design on the bottom of the last board Lance was holding?
That's too badass...

The panther graphic with the pointed nose is obviously a Natas SMA board and yes, the Jagermiester deer graphic withe the more squared off nose is a Jeff Kendall Santa Cruz.

Skatemaster Tate lives in my neighborhood. His license plate says "SK8 TV."

He went by Matthew Lyn but yes that is “Shaggy”. His full name is Matthew Lyn Lillard. After SK-8 Tv, his first major role I can remember him in was Scream.

I would have to say Santa Cruz had the best boards in my opinion for street sk8.

Not all powell boards had bonite and all boards were heavy back then. Non bonite powell boards were as good, if not better than anything else at the time.

nah b, most minis are around the 30 inch range in length, and have a way smaller wheelbase than todays boards
