Statistics are shown that if children grow up as COA's they are more likely to become an Adult Child of Alcoholics (ACOA). The book "Recovery: A Guide for Adult Children of Alcoholics" answered a lot of my questions and helped put the power back in my hands when I had first learned about what it was.
