A silent Alpha can fit into any body size like a master of disguises. He just watches and observes because he doesn't need to make a spectacle of himself, like being the life of the party or bragging about himself. Because he's confident in himself individuals that know him accept him, but at times his personality type doesn't sit well with others. Because of the way he carries himself, his personality possess a threat to others, especially individuals that are narcissistic and self centered. They'll try to put such an individual down because their afraid of being unmasked by him, because he's an individual that has seen through them. This type of male feels he doesn't need to prove anything to anyone.

I have been a quiet most of my life. I never really fit into a “group” I was always thinking about the deeper meanings of things and I was put in special education in school because I didn’t learn the same way everyone else did. I was steered away from college and was told that I wasn’t really “college material” I went in the work force after graduation and worked as a factory mechanic for 17 years. I agree with most of it, though I have one correction. The anxiousness.

That in particular is just pre-battle jitters going into an unknown zone outside the wire. Guys who say they never feel even a small amount of anxiety before headed into an unknown situation are lying to not only you, but themselves.

Its feeling and perservering through said anxiety that makes you strong.

When i was younger and on parties I never needed alcohol to have fun. When I was talking all the girls seemed interested (because i had a lot to say compared to the other boys my age) And the boys always wanted to connect to me. Nowadays nobody would ever expect me to be a quiet introvert. One of my achievements was to unlock that hindering part of "introvertness" because in my case it was not only an introvert part but also infused with a lot of fear/anxiousness out of my very unhealthy and unstable upbringing. It's hard to fight your roots but worth it a 1000 times when you succeed. Today people i know get "scared" when i go silent, really silent. Which means im thinking on my own and am usually many steps ahead of them. In my mothers tongue Einstein called this type of thinking "Gedankenexperiment" which roughly translates to "Thinking Experiment". Men always wanted to work with or for me, women always seemed kind of interested or wanting to be around me. For some years i refused all those social obligations, which is wrong to do. Now I'm building not only my sociallife but business connections who will help me out greatly (and I'm helping them of course)
I will leave a f-ing dent in the universe and while doing so help out many others greatly.

I do not give a lot of sheets about this Alpha/Beta stuff...but if you had lived my Life you would probably feel a little weird too.

I think to be a sigma I feel you have to go through adversity and have a good head on your shoulders as of being humble. Another thing about this type of alpha is nonconformity, they go against social norms that's why we are deemed "Weird" or the "quiet kid". I can relate with so many traits given from this video.
