If you don’t have a job when you land, come without family, stay as a roommate . This could save money and give a peace of mind . After finding a job and a home for rent you can bring them here

If you have a decent paying job in your home country and you can make ends meet, keep a roof over your head and your family is healthy, happy and getting a good education then really think twice about what you are sacrificing to go to Canada, rental for two bedroom nice apartment is around $1600 but more in Toronto where salary is best.
Child care if two parents work is expensive as is university fees for each child .
Average cost of a house in Toronto is 1million dollars, usually 20% down payment is required so do the math, Toronto property prices are crazy making it very hard for the younger people to own a home . If you value your extended family, culture and are happy with your life stay home or bring everyone with you 🙏.

Dream Abroad, thank you so much for all the guidance so far. Because of your tips and updates, we have been able to process all the requirements for our Express Entry profile. Now, we're just waiting for the "silver" ITA. :) (I call it that because there's still the Golden Email to wait for later on.)

$3000/month is a lot of money for 1 person. I hope my expenses don't exceed $1300/month when I land in Canada
