Costco is better because you can't eat rotisserie chicken at amazon.

Costco is the best. I had a moldy peach and they refunded the whole box, they're cafeteria prices havent changed in the 25 years I've been going there, and even their store brand (Kirkland signature) is cheap AND great quality where all other store brands are just plain cheap.
And what he said about the employees is very true, most people who start working for Coscto never leave because management wants them to be happy, they pay well, and give good benefits. I know people whove worked at their store since it first opened 20+ years ago. When they opened a new costco a few years back they had nearly _100 people_ apply for _each position._ when's the last time you've seen any retail store anywhere do even one of those things?

Costco also treats it's employees like people instead of expendable cogs unlike amazon. Just sayin.

Costco definitely does it right. Both Sam's Clum and BJ's supposedly have the same business model. Problem is... they both suck.

this is so true, I can't say how many times I've walked into costco thinking I'm just going to buy their milk to beat the system and walk out with $150 worth of shopping

Did you know that the costco hotdog and pizza and what not's price has actually gone down due to inflation. it was the same in the 1990's.

Amazing.

Sears shot itself in the head when they did away with their huge home catalog department. It was a great pre-cursor to the internet ordering system.

I live in Singapore. There's no Costco at all here, but after hearing how well they treat their employees, I wish there is. Just so I can throw money at them.

I love Costco most because of how they treat their employees. From paying them better, from actually allowing them to have breaks to insurance!
I’m choosing to buy less so I can support companies that ultimately support our community, vs we pay the taxes for under-paid workers and the companies that own them.
