at this point i've think i've seen 5 different builds get the victory trophy and i think that speaks to the good design of the spells and perks

looks like those second rank ones(power+36) dont actually give you 36 more power, only 18 more. It replaces the first rank. You went from 92->110 when ya picked it up.

Its probably more balanced that way but it also makes the description a tad misleading
