question 1 - cohesion forces is the attraction between like molecules in a liquid, such as the molecules inside of the same liquid.
adhesion forces is the attraction between the surface which is in contact to the liquid, such as water inside of a glass tube as shown in the video.

question 2 - the shape of the surface tension of water in a glass tube is concave. (adhesion forces are more stronger than cohesion forces.)

question 3 - the shape of the surface tension of mercury in a glass tube is convex. (cohesion forces are more stronger than adhesion forces.)
