These footages literally bring tears to my eye. A truly spirited One Day International. The atmosphere around was fantastic. Truly a team spirit was there to be witnessed. What went wrong? Why did the passion loosened from the current players of the team? England was at a transitioning period at the time this match was played, and look now where they are. Look where are we. How pathetic we became. Dearest players... if you can't play, or don't have enough talent... then Practice! Practice!! Practice!!! Sanga wasn't a born talented. Murali wasn't a born talented. Even Sanath wasn't a born talented. With the significant amount of time they sacrificed, which they had invested upon themselves played right, and country was triumphant. Current players, you sincerely cannot imagine the pain we endure when we witness the pathetic nature of yours as a generation who growed alongside cricket.
