PES 2017 looks like PES 2016 when playing, but everything else is magical!!! Absolutely amazing graphics, replays, goalkeeping etc. Couldn't see the Real Touch, though

In my mind's eye I see a truly next gen PES having sublime animations, seamless transitions, a truly lifelike physics modelled ball, pixel perfect collision detection and an organic, physics based system using momentum, acceleration, deceleration and a bluff and double bluff feinting system used to take on players one on one.
Add to that a varied passing system, both long & short, high and low, with aftertouch, backspin and the ability to slice the ball (similar in tennis, to slow the pass down); that would make a truly outstanding football game.
As the one solely responsible for getting Konami to add Peter Drury as a commentator in the game (though, admittedly with a terrible script) I am asking you, Konami, to at least listen to my suggestions. I would quit my job this minute to help you!

Being harder to break down teams is exciting news, it gives a chance for longer matches without the score being ridiculous.

Thanks for the gameplay TTB. This is really good. I think PES will get my money this year. PES 2016 was decent and a cracking game but this game play is a step up for Konami.

Watched some more vids of the newer build and keepers are better one-on-one they come charging out. However, they are still getting beat by the same low hard shots into the corner from further out. Seen a lot of samey goals. Not sure if it's the keepers or the shooting is too accurate again, maybe a bit of both. They're definitely much improved on last year, but still a way to go yet before they're on a par with Pes 6. The rest of the game is gorgeous. Passing, player movement, animations, skills, replays -- is a really beautiful looking game. Pitch textures still need some work, but other than that and the keepers/shooting accuracy it's looking good. Shots are finding the corners too easily there needs to be more variety of shots going closer to the keeper so he gets something on it or missing the target to add that extra realism. Hopefully the final build will have more of that. Also seen some cracking long shots go in, which was nice.

The players are kind of blurred in the gameplay. Hope they will improve that in the final product.

How is the dribbling? Like 2016, or more/less responsive?

Big Fifa player, but this looks really good. Perhaps it's finally time to make the switch?

just wait til they bring out the 'patch' that ruins it. pes and fifa are usually pretty good in demo form and on first release, but they always change for the worst after a month or two

Keeper wise I have to say I'm disappointed from the four vids ive watched so far. Almost every shot has gone in. I haven't seen one good save. To be fair the defending is so good there weren't many shots so will have to wait to get my hands on the demo before I judge. The guys at Pes DAy should've got one of the players to pull all of his defenders out of the way and tried one-on-ones with the keepers to see if you can still roll it past them and bend it in the corners everytime. Rest of the games looking amazing, just the keepers again for me.
