Hello my beautiful fam! -I’m using the vitamix a3500


Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef Im using 97/3
1 cup Oil
Corn tortillas
2 small potatoes
1 cup carrots
1 cup peas
4 Roma tomatoes
1/2 white onion
2 garlic cloves
2-3 chile chipotles
1 jalapeño
1/4 cup tomato paste
Handful of cilantro
1 beef bouillon
1 tbsp chile powder, I used New Mexico
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ground cumin
Salt

Toppings:
Finely shredded cabbage
Queso fresco
Crema mexicana
Green onions
Salsa to spice it up ☺️

Just made this but used green bell pepper instead of jalapeño and baked my tostadas instead of frying. So yummy!

I have a recipe for Chicken Picadillo, but it's very different from this. It's a much lighter dish with less spice and is garnished with chopped olives, but still delicious. I'm surely going to have to make this recipe as well. Peace and love.
