This is excellent as a civil servant with fluctuations in mental health I think Dhr inappropriate government offices should watch the video.

I have long term depression and anxiety after being suspended for 19 months, when suspension was lifted. Although many components had changed within my role., I was supported by given stack of materials to retain, and shadow others .x3 attempts to get back to my role I relapsed due to not being heard with regards to my needs ( adaquateTraining and development). Informed get better first and we will discuss how they can support me....confusing as I have given detailed information of exactly that, but not heard. After my x3 attempts to get back to a role I loved. Just tick box exercise. Never been sick in my life ever, my attendance complimentary, never given a warning, until I was suspedended, after complaining about my manager ...leaves a bad taste.
