Actionkid..I missed you by about 1 hour heading south on 5th ave from 30th street..daily... For all Trump fans...here's some information about Marble Collegiate Church on 29th St and 5th avenue, just as actionkid commented in passing .."Trump was confirmed at First Presbyterian Church in Jamaica, Queens, at about age 13 in 1959, but in the 1960s, the Trump family started attending Marble, on Fifth Avenue, because of the preacher, Rev. Norman Vincent Peale, whose 1952 book extolling the "power of positive thinking" helped make him a wealthy man. Peale presided at Trump's first wedding, to Ivana Trump, and Peale's successor, Rev. Arthur Caliandro, married Trump and his second wife, Marla Maples, who also attended Marble". Regarding the sleazy CD hustlers, they're positioned by the Met Museum because they're targeting tourists who are more susceptible to their hustle. Just keep walking and don't accept their CD.. Patience and Fortitude ( the two lions outside Main Public Library) were so named by Fiorello LaGuardia ( ex-mayor of NYC) during the Depression years..these were the qualities people needed to get through tough economic times ( Depression era). EXCELLENT VIDEO ..nice stroll up 5th Ave ...Keep up the Great work... Yes, St Partick's Cathedral is in Neo Gothic style ( not art deco)...lol inside joke.

So glad you take your time to make these videos, they're brilliant. Imagine how good it will be to look at these videos in years to come also. I had a thought whilst watching one of your videos the other day: It would be nice to compare some of these streets and buildings to old photographs to see how things have changed, or are the same; Shorpy for a reference came to mind....

Thank you for your video. Visiting there for the first time this September and will most likely walk from 36th Street to Central Park. It was a great preview of our planned walk.
