That grip technique is exactly how I hold a soft taco!

Love how this guy isn't all about himself, he's legit excited to see what other people can do and really cheers them on. Good guy, would love to have someone like him be a gym bud.

i do not climb rocks, i do not train in grip strength, i do not watch videos on either thing. yet i still saw this in my recommended, AND watched the whole thing. at 3 in the morning. is this average life in 2018?

2021 update! Wow I'm really surprised how well this comment did! Thank you to everyone who liked and replied!!! Sorry I'm 3 years late just hopped on this account randomly and saw all this at you guessed it. 2 am. Life hasn't changed my friends. Take care of yourselves, stay hydrated. Love you all coming from Idaho <3

I have absolutely no idea how I ended up here... literally none. That being said, I watched the entire video, and was laughing as soon as the first joke was cracked. The ripped due is super humble, and is someone I would want to be a trainer, and teach me the ways of lifting. I'm glad I stayed. 10/10

You guys are so genuinely friendly and supportive whilst being open to learn and share knowledge. It's fantastic to see!

This is a very entertaining video. But the thing about rock climbers is not just grip power, but grip endurance. These guys don't have to hold 200 lbs. on their fingertips, but they do have to hold 100 lbs for many long minutes. It would be nice to see a comparison of who lasts longer holding the same weight and/or weights proportional to bodyweight. Please, come back to the gym and make another video. You guys are very cool!

My favorite thing about this video is how humble you are and willing to learn from those guys! It's truly inspiring!

This is such a positive outlook on the adaptation the human body can make to fit a specific niche one has trained for over a long perioid of time. I once had a bodybuilder in my forge, smithing just for fun, and what he had in raw mass, he lacked in stamina and precision/coordination. This is in no way meant to be judgemental - I just really like to see what we can accomplish if we focus and show endurance and perseverance.

Came to watch 30 seconds of this video. Ended up watching the whole thing somehow. Juji seems like a really cool dude and not to be stereotyped, like others have said, as a typical alpha douche. Keep up the good work guys, Good luck with that Discovery pitch!

The amount of sportsmanship from this guy is amazing. You can tell he's excited just to see people show their strength instead of comparing the guys to himself. This is the guy I would want in the gym with me.

If these are the kinds of people I'd meet at a rock climbing place I think I should take up rock climbing. Fun vid

You will never understand how hard rock climbing is and how much it affects your grip strength. After 2 hours of rock climbing. My forearms hurt for 2 days after . Forearms would start burning after holding a pencil or pressing a button.
