I was going to ask about the level 13 blackout...but I see after reading, , , the number "13" strikes again... is what it is.... lol. theres a reason some buildings don't have a 13th floor...! That was enjoying this too.

My level 13 will not come up, I had this problem for awhile. I uninstalled the game & installed it again. Stared all over, get to 13 &it the same mess!!!!
