Vancouver has a supernaturally beautiful setting. There's no way to downplay this. Vancouver is blessed with more natural beauty than any major city in the world.

Toronto is a busy city with a fast pace. People can find a good job in Toronto, and Toronto's financial industry is also very developed. But Vancouver is a more beautiful city, Vancouver has a better environment and is more suitable for living.

Think about living in a smaller city, the cost of housing goes down the smaller the city size goes down. Don't be shy to look at smaller areas, trust me.

*I just went to both this summer and although Toronto is nice, I couldn’t get enough of Vancouver’s beauty! The landscape, the modern living spaces, etc.*

One tiny correction. The Seabus is part of the transit system and only goes across the harbour from Downtown to North Vancouver. The ferries that go to the islands off the coast are BC Ferries. Seabus is only foot passengers and a 10 minute trip, BC Ferries also take vehicles, and have full service restaurants etc.
