I really want to take on this challenge and would like to share my progress with you guys to get motivated.

Day 1: it was really hard I may or may not have just flopped on the floor when she said get into a plank position but we dont talk about that :)

Day 2: I was able to perform the workout better than yesterday (I still struggled with the plank.) I just love feeling my abs burn I really feel like I have accomplished something towards improving myself. Best part is ik other people are doing this with me :)

Day 3: I started getting used to the routine it was much easier than the last 2 days. I was able to hold a plank for 22 seconds 🥳 small victories.

Before quarantine I bought these really cute overalls for school, but when school started they were tight on me. Now my goal is to fit into the overalls and loose weight. I'll keep my progress here!

Day 1: THIS WAS SO HARD. My arms couldn't handle it and it felt like I was going to break. I still finished it so I'm really happy about that.
Day 2: It was a bit easier today. I needed less breaks and I didn't get as tired. I felt powerful afterwards.
