I first heard this song when I was in middle school. I was part of a select group of students to do a bullying campaign and suicide prevention presentation in front of the whole school. I remember seeing the presentation they made; they showed all the students and kids who committed suicide in our grade level within five years while this song played. It breaks me down to think about it still. But I’m glad it was so impactful on me. It’s a big cause that I hope more people can learn to ask for help.
