Use a kohl pencil and draw a guideline along the book line. Then clear all hair above shaving downward 😉

Just go to the barber or be really focused take time no rush when you shave at home it’s not that hard but step 1 get a proper full beard so you can try diff styles that fits you 😎 but he has great tips i have followed many of his tips this is the easy way but if you are focused you don’t need a book or place fingers or whatever
