it's tragic, but - notice how everyone runs toward the temple that had just fallen - I presume it was to save somebody from the rubble if there was anybody trapped - Nepali people were immediately trying to help - very typical. something I love about Nepali

It's interesting to note how long the seismic waves were shaking the structures (including the one with the camera) before the people noticed. I wonder if it's a sign that the city experiences a lot of small earthquakes every year, or that human beings are not sensitive to low levels of ground vibration, or both?
