Traveller is such a rich system, even Classic. It astounds me the approaches people take. You have people who LOVE to build their subsectors and really create a complex system of relationships with planets and whatnot. Then you have the people who LOVE to design ships. It goes on and on.

Hey Gerry, this is Bob from SAFCOcast in my other persona. heh heh. Great video. You know, a good rules set is awesome, but I think ultimately having a good GM and players is the most critical thing. Which is why you can still play the 1981 stuff and have fun. I guess. Hell, what do I know? ahaha

We played a fair bit, but as we got into it post Star Wars, we could neve really accept the fact that people were using machine guns and bullets (not laser pistols), as well as it taking a week to go anywhere! LOL It''s great to see that you still get to play it though, I'm quite envious as my old gaming group disintegrated many years ago.
