What is Sudarshan Kriya?

Sudarshan Kriya is a powerful yet simple rhythmic breathing technique that incorporates specific natural rhythms of the breath, harmonizing the body, mind and emotions. The technique eliminates stress, fatigue and negative emotions such as anger, frustration and depression, leaving the mind calm, focused and the body energized, completely relaxed. I did the course several years ago in NZ and have sporadically practised and benefited from the Kriya
For the last 18 months have experienced sadness and loneliness from my husbands death
But I have started the practice again especially at sunset in an unhurried and sincere manner
So I at last I have peace and and an appreciation of the quietude that is now my life
