Optimus Prime (Peterbilt 379) from Transformers (2007), Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (2009), and Transformers: Dark of the Moon (2011) is so times way 100% way much better than Optimus Prime (Western Star 5700) from both Transformers: Age of Extinction (2014) and Transformers: The Last Knight (2017).

ok look at it like this, western star is the most exspensive truck to buy because of the way it is built, by hand using tried and true meathods of making a truck last 30+ years. now is it cost effective for a fleet, probably not but it would be the best truck for owner operater. also they are built by americans but the company is owned by germany, hint daimler, hint basically mercedez. peterbuilt is a subsidary too along with its sister truck kenworth. paccar owns them and they are built quick fast and in a hurry by robots to keep up with demand, they are good trucks but also exspensive. you can get whatever engine you want in either truck

Pete's are slowly getting a better rep for heavy loads off-road but the Star is still the way to go for me hands down....much easier to work on in the bush where air bag and suspension repairs are part of the routine

I know I'm not supposed to trust Wikipedia, but it says that Western Star is made in Portland, Oregon. But I'll tell ya, no matter where they are from, they sure are nice.
